Work package 3 – Develop methods to assess effectiveness, economic, ethical, socio-cultural, and legal issues
Work package 3 (WP3) will develop methods to assess the effectiveness and economic, socio-cultural, ethical and legal issues of complex technologies. As far as possible, we shall draw on existing work, e.g. in the course of EUNetHTA. The developed methods will then be applied and tested using palliative care as a case study (WP7) and further refined throughout the whole process of method development. The University of Oslo leads WP3, supported by specific leads on each of the issues, which is divided between the partners.
